Service Description

Beginning with guided meditation, to tune in to your own inner awareness and rhythm of breath, you will be led through a gentle mindful movement flow class based on the traditions of Raja and Hatha yoga. Each pose, asana, and movement, will be guided through instruction and demonstration, encouraging you to tune inward, to check in with yourself, and notice how you may be feeling mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually, in the present moment. By the end of the class, you may experience a greater sense of calm, relaxation, mindfulness, presence, and awakened connected energy.
